The Role
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will focus on expanding and managing our Rest of World business. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of key accounts, while driving both existing business relationships and new business growth across various markets. With lots of room for expansion, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping and scaling our presence globally.
In this role you’ll get to:
- Manage key accounts within the ROW business, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and growth.
- Develop and implement strategies for expanding the reach of Tangle Teezer products across various regions.
- Drive new business opportunities through market analysis, trend identification, and building strong relationships with potential clients.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to tailor strategies and achieve regional goals.
- Own the delivery of sales targets and monitor performance against budgets, with an emphasis on achieving product sell-ins and sell-outs.
- Lead forecasting and demand planning for the regions to improve accuracy and fulfilment rates.
- Work closely with internal teams to refine processes and improve service delivery for clients.
- Present monthly performance reports and updates to the leadership team.
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activities, adapting strategies to respond to changes.
What we are looking for in you:
- Proven experience in Key Account Management, ideally in the beauty or personal care industry.
- A strong track record in managing both existing accounts and generating new business.
- Experience working in or with ROW markets is preferred but not essential.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales and build long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
- Commercially astute with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Highly motivated, with a passion for delivering results and growing business.
